Shipping & Returns
Once your order is placed, your board(s) will be made within 2-5 business days.
Even if overnight shipping is selected, your order will still be made based on our 2-5 day turnaround.
If you have a rush order, please let us know in the notes section of your order and we'll contact you to let you know if we cannot make that deadline.
Rush orders are not guaranteed.
Our Default Shipping method is USPS Priority Mail - if you would like to request a different mail service, please send us an email with your order number as soon as possible.
We ship orders daily from Monday to Friday.
Currently, we will ship to International addresses only with the purchase of 3 or more boards. Please contact us before ordering!
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately and thoroughly.
You have 7 days from delivery of the item to notify us of any cosmetic issues and shipping damages. We will not accept returns of damaged items past this point so please be thorough and notify us immediately, preferably upon receipt! No exceptions will be made for holiday season. After 7 days, you will not be eligible for an exchange/ refund or compensation and the purchase will be deemed responsibility of owner.
Undamaged Item Returns - If you change your mind or the product does not fit your needs, we totally get it! You will have 7 days from delivery of item to return the undamaged product for a full refund, minus shipping. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will send you a return shipping label and process your refund when we receive the item.
We do not process exchanges! If you'd like another color or another product, we suggest you return it and get refunded, and then proceed to purchase your desired product!
